Deskripsi Training Reservoir Rekah Alami:

Proses karakterisasi reservoir rekah alami tidak bisa disamakan dengan reservoir biasa karena kinerja reservoir ini lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh sifat rekahannya dibanding matriks pembentuk batuannya. Potensi produksi yang dimiliki oleh reservoir rekah alami sangat besar, tetapi yang menjadi kendala adalah sulitnya mengetahui penyebaran rekahan dengan baik. Hal mendasar yang menyebabkan reservoir rekah alami sangat berbeda dengan reservoir intergranular adalah menyangkut sistem porositas dan permeabilitasnya. Salah satu resevoir rekah alami terdapat di Jatibarang (Cirebon), Salawati (Walio, Papua) dan Camar (Lepasa pantai Madura) dimana reservoirnya berupa batuan beku yang terekahkan.

Pada reservoir rekah alami dikenal dengan sistem porositas dan permeabilitas ganda, yaitu sistem matriks dan rekahan. Porositas ganda menandakan produksi pertama berasal dari rekahan yang mempunyai permeabilitas besar kemudian disusul dengan matriks yang mempunyai permeabilitas lebih kecil. Terjadinya penurunan produksi secara drastis disebabkan oleh minyak dari rekahan habis terproduksi dan tidak segera mendapat suplai dari matriks sebagai pengganti fluida.

1. Mengetahui definisi reservoir hidrokarbon yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen : wadah, isi dan kondisi.
2. Memahami karakteristik reservoir rekah alami serta pengklasifikasiannya.

4. Memahami konsep fraktal untuk pendekatan pada Reservoar Rekah Alam.

INTRODUCTION

Hydrocarbon systems found in petroleum reservoirs are known to display multi-phase behavior over wide ranges of pressure and temperatures. The most important phases which is occur in petroleum reservoirs are: liquid phase (crude oil or condensates) and gas phase (natural gases). This course will explain the fundamentals of hydrocarbon phase behavior and practical application in reservoir and production engineering. Firstly it will reviews the principles of phase behavior and ilustrate the use of phase diagram in describing the volumetric behavior of single-component, two-component, and multi-component system.

Also it will present numerous mathematical and graphical correlation for estimating physical and critical properties of the undefined petroleum fraction, evaluation of properties of natural gases and introduces their application in Darcy’s equation and material balance equation. A complete and cohesive independent unit on methods of determining the crude oil physical properties , presents the concept and application of vapor-liquid phase equilibria, developments and advanced in the field of empirical cubic equation of state and application in petroleum engineering. Details sceheme of splitting and lumping of petroleum-fraction.

Properly understanding the reservoir fluid properties is very significant and are very importance steps during the entire life of the oil and reservoir developments and operations. ABOUT THE TRAINING INSTRUCTORS

Dr. Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA is a lecturer in Petroleum Engineering Department of Bandung Institute of Technology for more than 22 years. His expertise is on the area of reservoir engineering, enhanced oil recovery and reservoir numerical modeling. He also gives training program to the public such as Pertamina, PT. Caltex Pacific Indonesia and some other PSC companies on this subject. On the practical aspects, Dr. Sudjati Rachmat was projects leader in the industries consultation such as Pertamina, Total Indonesie, Vico, Mobil Oil, Gulf, Arco and some other PSC companies.

Mr. Sudjati Rachmat graduated with honour his doctoral degree from L’Université Claude Bernard, Lyon I, France in 1987.

Ir. Edwil Suzandi, MT graduated Engineer Degree from Petroleum Engineering Department of Trisakti University and Master of Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum Engineering Department Bandung Institute of Technology. He works as Drilling Fluids Engineer and Specialist on PT. Titess Indomas for more than two years. He is skillful in EOR design and real application of EOR Processes Design. He also gave in-house and public courses for many other subjects to Pertamina, and PSC companies as a partner of Dr. Sudjati Rachmat .

Who is The Instructor?

Widjajono Partowidagdo is a Professor in Petroleum Economics and Field Management at the Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), a member of National Energy Council, a member of Supervision Team for Increasing Petroleum Production at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and advisor for Association of Petroleum National Companies and Indonesian Petroleum Engineers Association.

He was the Head of the Research Group in Drilling and Production Engineering and Management of Oil and Gas at the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Mineral Technology, ITB from 2005-2007, Head of Graduate Program in Development Studies ITB from 1993-2004, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Mining Technology and Senate Member of ITB from 1994-1997 and Coordinator for Research in Sustainable Development at the Inter-University Center for Economics, University of Indonesia from 1989-1992.

He received his Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering from ITB, MSc in Petroleum Engineering, MSc in Operations Research, MA in Economics and PhD with a dissertation on “An Oil and Gas Supply and Economics Model for Indonesia” from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA.

He has written three books (in Indonesian): Management and Economy of Oil and Gas, 2002; Understanding Development and Policy Analysis, 2004; and Petroleum and Energy in Indonesia, Problems and Policy Analysis, 2009. He was a coordinating author of Agenda 21, Energy for Sustainable Development, Coordinating Ministry of Environment and UNDP, 2000.

PENDAHULUAN:
Rotating equipment adalah peralatan yang sangat vital dalam semua jenis industri, baik yang berfungsi sebagai peralatan pemindahan dan pengiriman misalnya pompa, maupun berfungsi sebagai peralatan konversi energi misalnya compressor dan turbin gas. Karena frekwensi kerjanya yang terus-menerus selama 24 jam per hari, maka jelas peralatan tersebut memerlukan pengawasan, pemeliharaan dan perawatan yang harus dilaksanakan secara periodic dan terjadual dengan ketat, disamping bila muncul gangguan-gangguan yang tidak terduga, maka harus segera dilakukan tindakan pencegahan, supaya tidak terjadi kerusakan yang lebih fatal. Pada pelatihan rotating equipment ini akan membahas peralatan rotating equipment yang sering dan terbanyak dipakai di dunia industri, antara lain pompa sentrifugal, rotary compressor dan turbin gas. Pokok bahasan dalam pelatihan ini diutamakan pada masalah maintenance dan troulble shooting dari peralatan tersebut. Disamping itu juga terdapat beberapa anilisa terhadap sebab-sebab mengapa
biasa terjadi gangguan tersebut, serta parameter-parameter yang menjadi tolak ukur yang mengindikasikan bahwa peralatan tersebut mengalami gangguan.

PESERTA :
Diharapkan mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan teknik yang sesuai, minimum lulusan SMK (dari jurusan mesin). Karyawan industri dengan latar belakang yang sesuai dengan judul pelatihan diatas.

TUJUAN:
Setelah selesai pelatihan, peserta diharapkan mampu :
1. Memahami cara-cara pengoperasian peralatan sesuai dengan pertimbangan desain dan pemeliharaan peralatan yang bersangkutan.

Dr.Ir.Drs. Agus Edy Pramono, M.Sc. lahir di Madiun, 06 September 1959. Beliau lulusan doktor(S3) dari teknik metalurgi dan material universitas Indonesia, magister material science universitas Indonesia dan sarjana teknik mesin universitas Indonesia. Beliau dosen di jurusan teknik mesin Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Selain di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Beliau juga dosen di teknik mesin universitas pancasila, dosen di teknik industri UPN Veteran Jakarta, dosen di teknik mesin politeknik gajah tunggal (patigat) Tangerang. Sudah lebih dari 20 tahun Beliau aktif sebagai Instruktur Training Industri (industrial training) bidang Teknik dan Manajemen Perawatan untuk industri atau perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. PENDAHULUAN TRAINING ROTATING EQUIPMENT:

Rotating equipment adalah peralatan yang sangat vital dalam semua jenis industri, baik yang berfungsi sebagai peralatan pemindahan dan pengiriman misalnya pompa, maupun berfungsi sebagai peralatan konversi energi misalnya compressor dan turbin gas. Pendahuluan

Pasca pembubaran BP Migas oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi, pemerintah bertindak cepat dengan menerbitkan Perpres No 95/2012 tentang pengalihan tugas dan kewenangan BP Migas ke Kementerian ESDM dan selanjutnya Perpres No 9/2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Migas. Dengan landasan dua Perpres tersebut, resmi sudah tugas dan kewenangan pengelolaan Usaha Hulu Migas yang semula disandang oleh BP Migas, sekarang menjadi tugas dan kewenangan SKK Migas. Namun demikian, sifat SKK Migas sendiri yang transisional dan hanya berlaku hingga diterbitkannya revisi UU Migas, masih menimbulkan ketidakpastian landasan hukum bagi operasional perusahaan migas. Selain itu perpres sebagai landasan pembentukan SKK Migas dinilai tidak cukup kuat sebagai landasan pembentukan sebuah badan yang mengelola dan mengatur usaha hulu migas yang sangat penting bagi Negara ini. Dan juga sudah tepatkah bentuk SKK Migas sebagai pengganti BP Migas sesuai amanat putusan Mahkamah Konsitusi?. Terlepas itu semua,
terbitnya PP No. 9/2013 patut untuk dicermati dan dipahami, sehingga para pelaku usaha hulu migas dapat mengerti dan memahami fungsi dan kewenangan SKK Migas sehingga para pelaku usaha hulu migas tersebut dapat menselaraskan dengan operasional perusahaan.

Cost Recovery is the main issue in oil and gas business practices in Indonesia. One of the key to get the costs incurred to be deemed as the operating costs that will be cost recoverable is to conduct the procurement activities in compliance with the applicable regulation which is known as BPMIGAS Procurement Guideline.
