Indonesia dikenal sebagai salah satu pengekspor LNG terbesar di dunia, dan tercatat sebagai pemimpin pasar LNG Asia. Industri LNG telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan sebagai pendapatan ekspor utama Indonesia dan menjadi sumber utama pendapatan pemerintah selama hampir 3 dekade. Terlepas dari peran penting industri LNG dalam perekonomian Indonesia, banyak di antara pemangku kepentingan minyak dan industri Indonesia belum mengetahui pengetahuan dasar dan isu-isu terkini tentang industri LNG nasional, regional, dan dunia. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri No. 20 Tahun 20Batch 2 : 06 – 07 Februari 2024 | 20 – 21 Februari 2024 telah ditetapkan untuk pemberlakuan standar kompetensi kerja dalam bidang minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia. Pengenalan sifat dan fitur terkait dari Hidrogen Sulfida dan resikonya harus diketahui oleh orang-orang yang terlibat dalam eksplorasi minyak. Pengendalian dan resiko pencegahan dari bahaya gas H2S ini harus dilakukan oleh yang profesional dalam bidangnya ataupun orang yang sudah memiliki kompetensi tersebut dengan bukti sertifikat kompetensi yang dimiliki. TRAINING GAS H2S yang mana akan membahas secara lengkap mengenai kesesuaian dengan beberapa standar yang direkomendasikan API 49, ANSI Z3190.1 dan beberapa standar lainnya.

Waterflooding is one of the most important methods of improving recovery from oil reservoirs. This section of the course concentrates on reservoir and field operations aspects of water injection for pressure maintenance and secondary recovery. Participants will study fractional displacement theory and all methods available in the oil & gas industry to predict oil recovery. The course is a theoretical-practical where participants have to work towards solving a series of projects, and to immediately applythe concepts, mathematical principles and theories presented and learned during the course.

Oil recovery operations traditionally have been subdivided into three stages: primary, secondary and tertiary. These stages described the production from a reservoir in achronological sense. Primary production resulted from the displacement energy naturally existing in reservoir. Secondary recovery usually implemented after primary production declined, the term secondary recovery is now almost synonymous with waterflooding. Tertiary recovery was that obtained after waterflooding (or whatever secondary process used) it’s used miscible gases, chemicals and/or thermal energy to displace additional oil. When the waterflooding stage might be reasonably be bypassed the term tertiary recovery fell into disfavor in petroleum engineering term and the designation of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) become accepted to replace the term of secondary and tertiary recovery.
In describing the different EOR processes (Waterflooding, Miscible Displacement, Chemical Flooding: Micellar/Polymer, Surfactant, Alkaline and finally Thermal Recovery Processes, it will be focused on the fundamental concepts of each processes and it will also present methods of predicting oil recovery when the processes are applied to oil reservoir. Many methods are available to calculate displacement performance, ranging from simple models based on volumetric sweep to sophisticated method. Thus, with the proper understanding of all enhanced oil recovery processes will reduce the entire cost of the plant and production operation of EOR system. This four-day training will provide a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different EOR processes (Waterflooding, Miscible Displacement, Chemical Flooding: Micellar/Polymer, Surfactant, Alkaline) and Thermal Recovery Processes with various fields example.

With today’s growing awareness of social responsibility and public interest, environmental concerns are receiving the highest priority in government regulations. The future of our environment – and the industry – depends on meeting the challenge of maintaining a balance between acceptable environmental practices and economically efficient operating procedures.
These growing concerns have imposed a burden on the oil and gas drilling industry to implement program and technique to not only minimize the potential impact that oil and gas operations can have on the environment but also remediate those impacts, whether they occurred through accident or negligence.
The mandate to the oil and gas industry of implementing environmentally safe drilling technique has proven to be not only a financial challenge but also an administrative challenge.
Regulations governing the oil industry with regard to the environment continue to change, yet many firm that recognize they no longer can conduct their operations as they did in “the good old days” have had to employ full-time environmental professional to ensure that all operations conducted in the field are in compliance with the changing local and state regulations. This increase scrutiny also has prompted drilling contractor to think of ways to minimize the impact their operations have on the environment rather than just ways of how to remediate the impact ones it occurs.
This training is intended to introduce technique that will assist oil and gas professional in minimizing the impact that drilling operations have on the environment.
Much of what is contained herein reflects the trainer’s industry experience, with an emphasis on-shore and wetlands drilling operations. At the same time, it must be said that the preferred practices and recommendation outline in this program can serve as useful guidelines for operator and drilling contractor elsewhere in the world, notably in environmentally sensitive areas of developing countries that have little historical regulatory precedents.
This 4 day course covers all aspects of drilling and deals with both theory and application. It is particularly valuable for their career in drilling operation.
Emphasis is on the system and technique that are commonly used in the drilling industry, regulations and environment protection basics, from site assessment to reclamation. The curriculum is designed to provide the information needed as a drilling waste professional, regardless of skill level.
This course is a must attend for all individuals with overall environmental compliance responsibilities. This course provides the tools needed for the job.
