DESKRIPSI

Sektor Hulu Migas saat ini masih menjadi andalan dalam penerimaan keuangan Negara. Terbuktikan bahwa sector ini masih memberikan kontribusi sekitar 30 % terhadap postur keuangan di APBN. Sebagaimana diamanatkan di dalam Undang-undang Dasar serta peraturan pendukungnya, bahwa sumber daya alam (Migas) harus memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi kemakmuran rakyat. Dalam rangka optimalisasi penerimaan Negara di sector migas saat ini, Pemerintah mengeluarkan regulasi berupa PP 79/ 2010 tentang Cost Recovery dan Pajak Penghasilan Migas, serta yang terbaru, sebagai operasionalisasi PP tersebut dikeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) No 79/PMK.02/2012 dan diberlakukan untuk pelaporan dan pembayaran Pph bulan Agustus 2012. Dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan ini, “bagaimanakah implementasi dan implikasinya terharap aktifitas operasi kegiatan di sektor Hulu Migas yang strategis ini?”. Sejak tahun 1998 memberikan inhouse training ke teknisi mekanik , beberapa trainee berhasil menjadi teknisi yang berkualitas internasional dan mengerjakan beberapa pekerjaan perbaikan di luar negeri.

DESCRIPTION

Piping is a system of pipes used to convey fluids (liquids and gases) from one location to another. The process of fluid transportation using pipelines is nearly as human history and transportation systems have always required maintenance to preserve their structural integrity. The operations of a pipeline is a complex system that involves numerous steps and use of technology. Pipeline integrity means that the pipeline and all its related components are running properly. When pipelines are not operating properly, it poses a risk to public safety as well as pipeline company employees and other workers. Pipeline integrity is maintained through proper design and construction, monitoring and inspections and maintenance protocols.

This  training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of applied piping and pipeline technology: design aspects of piping & pipeline system, selection of materials and types of pipes, flanges, valves and fittings, handling of those materials, welding & installation techniques andprocedures, and the operation, inspection and maintenance of piping and pipeline systems. Otherhands also provide understanding pipeline integrity to analyze a degraded condition due to either corrosion or mechanical damage.

Course Leader: Hilman Ahmad
This specially designed course will be conducted by Hilman Ahmad & Associates, an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Professional Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center, and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000. He has been delivering training course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.
