PENDAHULUAN :

Oil Transportation Piping / Sistem transportasi saluran pipa liquid ataupun petroleum yang digunakan termasuk seluruh saluran pipa pembawa minyak mentah (kasar), produk petroleum, dan gas petroleum, terminal-terminal, tempat pembersihan, pabrik gas alam, dan pesanan dan tempat penerimaan. Termasuk juga tempat penampungan fasilitas gas dari petroleum cair pada saluran pipa tertutup, fabrikasi dari pipa dan sambungan, dan penggabungan saluran beberapa fasilitas perpipaan.

Pengkodean transporatsi saluran pipa minyak meliputi disain dan pembuatan tekanan vessel, tempat penyimpanan atau tangki-tangki, saluran pipa dengan logam dengan temperatur di atas 250 oF atau di bawah – 20 oF, casing, tubing, pipe used in oil or gas wells, oil gas separtors, crude oil production tanks, saluran pipa pembersihan petroleum, transmisi gas dan pipa distribusi, disain dan fabrikasi peralatan atau instrumen, atau heat exchanger.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Oil Transportation Piping.

was graduated from politeknik universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. Overwiev

Well control is the management of the dangerous effects of unexpected high pressures on the surface equipment of drilling rigs searching for oil and/or gas. Some type of drilling fluid is generally used to aid in well control. Failure to manage and control these pressure effects can cause serious equipment damage and injury/loss of life. Well control situations that are improperly managed cause blowouts, which is the uncontrolled and explosive expulsion of fluids from the well, usually resulting in a fire.

Well control includes the monitoring for the symptoms of impending pressure imbalance situations and the procedures for operating well site equipment to understand the situation and take remedial actions.

This Course could give a lot of benefits for personnel who involved in drilling/well control operations and also who may be attending well control instruction and assessment for the first time. Introductory training designed to give potential well control certification candidates an awareness of well control theory, practices and equipment in order to prepare them for testing.

The International Well Control Forum is an oil industry Membership Organization established in Europe in 1992. Its primary purpose is to develop and administer well control certification programs for personnel employed in oil well Drilling, Work over and Well Intervention operations.

Dr. –Ing. Bonar Tua Halomoan Marbun finished his bachelor degree in Bandung Institute of Technology majoring Petroleum Engineering. In 2000, he deepened his Petroleum Science in Clausthal University of Technology, Institute of Petroleum Engineering, Clausthal-Zellenfeld, Germany. After that he continued his studies, taking Dr. –Ingenieur in the field of Material Engineering and Science in Clausthal University of Technology, Institute of Non-Metallic Materials, Clausthal-Zellenfeld, Germany.

During his studies in Germany, he also graduated several research associate: Research and Development Activities for DGMK, Holding of lesson and practical exercises about drilling & cementing engineering for advanced students in petroleum engineering, Hydration kinetics of CaO and MgO, research and development of CaO and MgO as Additive for Oil, Gas and Geothermal Cement, Design of Burning Regime, Invention of a miniaturized slaking apparatus, establishing of new evaluation algorithms of wet slaking curve, synthesis and characterization of calcium-aluminate-silicate-hydrates, definition and synthesis of new building materials with enhanced fire resistance on the basis of stratlingitse, holding of lessons and practical exercises about lime & magnesia production and its properties for advanced students in material science and engineering and petroleum engineering.

Before continuing his study in Germany, he worked in ARCO as a Mechanic for Refrigeration System and in Mobil Oil for algorithms and simulation of underbalanced drilling. After finishing his Doctoral Degree, he continued working in Germany for four years. He spent two years working in Pyroprocessing and Environmental Technology, Research and Development Centre, ThyssenKrupp-Polyisius AG, Beckum, Germany, as a Development Engineer. Thereafter, he had been working as a Process and Environmental Engineer in Research Institute for Cement Industry, German Cement works Association, Dusseldorf, Germany for two years. From April 2010 until now on, he went back to Indonesia, and dedicated him self to his faculty, Petroleum Engineering Department, ITB, as a Lecturer. He is also works as a staff Research Group of Drilling, Production and Oil & Gas Management.

Dr. –Ing. Bonar Tua Halomoan Marbun also got several certificated laboratory practices and analysis: X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD), X-Ray Fuorescence Sprectometer (XFS), Positron Annihilation Lifetime Spectroscopy (PALS), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMRS), Electron Spectroscopy for Chemical Analysis (ESCA), Secondary Ion Mass Spectometer (SIMS), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG) & Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC).

He was graduated from Petroleum Engineering Dept. of ITB and got his MSC/DIC in Reservoir Engineering from Dept. Geology Imperial College (ICST) London at 1973.He has worked for about 36 years as lecturer at ITB and currently as Chairman of Dept. Oil and Gas ITSB Bandung, active as lecturer, he is also active as consultant for pipelines in Oil & Gas sector and has designed about 100 gas lift wells in Reservoir, Drilling, Production Operations and NGL. He also designed Jet Pump for Kalimantan and also worked to supervise ESP and horizontal drilling for ZU and B structures and studied the reservoir in the areas.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA. adalah dosen di jurusan perminyakan ITB sejak tahun 1979 sampai sekarang. Beliau alumnus dari ITB lulus tahun 1977, kemudian melanjutkan pendidikannya di Diplome d’Etude Approfondie Ecole Centrale de Lyon, UCB Lyon I, FRANCE. Richard A. Capps
M.A. (Cantab.), Barrister-at-Law
After graduating from Trinity College, Cambridge with a degree in Law and upon becoming a Barrister, Richard entered banking and served at Chase Manhattan for 5 years, in New York and London. At Chase, he spent 18 months as head of Credit Training for Europe, Middle East and Africa, then moving to the role of Corporate Relationship Manager.

Richard joined Schroders and became Head of National Corporate Lending in Australia. Following this, he became Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Wardley (the merchant banking subsidiary of the HongkongBank group) with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region, where the bank was involved in a number of hostile acquisition battles and corporate restructurings.

For 6 years leading to 1991, Richard was Chief Financial Officer of a large corporate group involved in resort hotels, film production and television & radio broadcasting, based in dual head offices in Australia and the US. In a period of frenetic corporate activity and growth he undertook the management of 23 equity raisings ($1.3 billion), 14 acquisitions (of which 9 were hostile) and major complex financings (aggregating $3.2 billion).
After a 12-month contract as General Manager of a tax/ accountancy firm (70 staff) on a ‘company doctor’ basis, Richard returned to the UK in 1992. He established his own business focused on the two areas of:

Petroleum is formed within the crust of the earth. It is also called crude oil. Scientists think that the bodies of prehistoric sea animals and plants became trapped in sediments. * Diharapkan peserta dapat memahami peralatan- peralatan produksi permukaan guna memisahkan minyak, gas dan air sebagai fluida produksi.

+ Sifat Fisik Fluida Produksi (Densitas, Viscositas, Pour Point, Kelarutan, Factor Volume Formasi, Compressibilitas Gas)
* Sumur minyak dan Sumur Gas :
+ Sumur Minyak ; Sembur Alam dan Artificial Lift (Gas Lift, ESP, Sucker rood)
+ Sumur Gas
* Fasilitas Proses Pemisahan di lapangan Migas
+ Separator, Scrubber, Water Knockout Tank, Water Dispossal Treatment dan Heater
* Operasi Theatmen Oil and Gas dilapangan
+ Pemisahan bertingkat dan Proses pemisahan Gas dari Fluida Produksi
* Operasi theatment Gas Processing dilapangan
+ Gas Dehydrator, Gas Swetening
* Maintenance Facilities (pipe, pump, compressor)

Production Enggineer, Production Operation (Supervisor, Senior operator, Operator, Pumper, Gas handling Operator), Maintenance, Technician, personal ssupport and service production operation.

Instructor
Dr. Ir. Drs. Herianto, M.Sc

Dr.Ir. Drs. Herianto, MSc was graduated from Petroleum Engineering Dept. of ITB and got his MSC/DIC in Reservoir Engineering from Dept. Geology Imperial College (ICST) London at 1973.He has worked for about 36 years as lecturer at ITB and currently as Chairman of Dept. Oil and Gas ITSB Bandung, active as lecturer, he is also active as consultant for pipelines in Migas sector and has designed about 100 gas lift wells in Reservoir, Drilling, Production Operations and NGL. He also designed Jet Pump for Kalimantan and also worked to supervise ESP and horisontal drilling for ZU and B structures and studied the reservoir in the areas.
