* Working One-to-one to manage Team Members and improve performance
* How to conduct a one-to-one – how to plan & structure the session; how to carry out the one-to-one effectively
* How to engage and gain committment – coaching questions, giving feedback, effective goal setting & motivating to improve
* How to use goals, targets and metrics as motivators
* How to Delegate effectively – 4 Steps to Developing each Report towards delegation; parameters of delegating
* How to plan what to improve for each Team Member, generating a development plan
* Role-play one-to-one sessions in near real situations
* How to managee difficult people or challenging situations near real situations
* Organising & structuring People & Performance Management – Prioritising; Planning; Tracking and recording
